OMPAY WEALTH — CLIENT AGREEMENT (DEMONSTRATION)

1. These terms govern the relationship between you ("the Client") and Ompay Wealth, an investment service powered by Finartha ("the Platform"). By proceeding you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Risk Disclosure. The value of investments and the income from them can go down as well as up. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You may get back less than you invested. Investments in foreign markets carry currency, liquidity and political risk.

3. Suitability. Products are offered on a non-advised, execution-only basis unless explicitly stated. The risk profile generated from your responses is used to surface suitable products and does not constitute personal financial advice.

4. Charges. Each transaction is subject to a fixed commission, an asset management fee expressed in basis points, and applicable VAT, all disclosed before you confirm any order.

5. Fees & Settlement. Funds are debited from your Ompay wallet at the point of order confirmation. Settlement timelines vary by market and instrument. Corporate actions are processed in accordance with the rules of the relevant exchange.

6. Data & Privacy. Personal data is processed in line with applicable data protection regulations. Identity documents are encrypted and masked across the interface.

7. Regulatory. Services are provided subject to the licensing conditions of the relevant authority. This screen is a demonstration prototype for evaluation purposes only and does not constitute an offer of securities.

8. Amendments. The Platform may amend these terms from time to time with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
